(That's my version of the opening to Walt's Disneyland dedication speech. My website doesn't have as many rides as a theme park, but there's less waiting in line!)

 

Thanks for visiting my website. I'm Kate Abbott, and I love to write, especially about my favorite place, Disneyland. I've also written two novels—one is currently only in handwritten form in notebooks, and was written during NaNoWriMo; the other novel is a middle-grade story set in a certain theme park, and is called Disneylanders. I'm a former project editor at an entertainment book publishing company; right now I'm enjoying being a contributing editor to Magically Speaking, and being a mom to a new baby. Here are some of my Disneyland travel articles (bonus: the recent ones also feature the adorable Baby Henry!).
